I had asked to move to a different schedule because I have issues with walking (getting worse) and my apartment doesn’t have parking when I get home at 11pm, and I keep having to get my roommate to help me when I get home, which is an inconvenience. I work in a production environment and we are open all the time and there’s always work no matter what hr it is.
I asked to go to days and their response was to give me some 20hr/ week schedule (and lose insurance) or go on an unpaid leave while I look for a new job within the company.
Ummm, both of those options will cost me my apartment, and cause me to be unable to pay my bills that I’ve accrued over the 100s of testing I’ve done this past year trying to figure out what has suddenly disabled me (and slowly getting worse).
