I was contacted by this company on Indeed on Wednesday. The recruiter asked if I was available on Saturday or Monday. They do not offer morning interviews, it was explained. I told her I was available Monday.
At 8:18 pm on Sunday the recruiter replied offering an interview Monday afternoon, in person, no other options and no rescheduling. This is an hour drive from my house, with no other option as to when, and I get this message Sunday night.
I don't respond to work communications unless it is an emergency, and I don't even work here yet, so I don't feel it's reasonable to expect I would see this prior to Monday morning.
Is it concerning, or should it be, that after theee days of silence I'm offered this in this fashion?
