Work Life Has been hell after the Pandemic

Has anyone noticed this? I had a great work life balance in my jobs prior to the pandemic, it was always an ebb and flow of workloads, some days it was heavy but there were some days where it was light. I always had time to socialize with co workers and not feel guilty. But now that the pandemic hit, we “have to use every minute of our work time with intention” and working overtime is the complete norm. Work Life Balance is a thing in the past. I’m completely burnt out and long for the times when I wasn’t expected to work 10 hour days on weekdays and on weekends to make sure I hit everything on my to do list. My current company got rid of our ERG groups because they want us to focus on producing business for the company, and it’s gotten to the point where…
