I have raised a grievance against a colleague (I can't go into details about) but he has been acting weirdly towards me such as being creepy and potentially tracking when I work. They were supposed to conclude and get back to me a few days ago but they are running into delays as they said they need to do a more thorough investigation and now want to interview everyone that I've mentioned.
Becuase of the delays, they offered to pay me a little bit as a gesture of goodwill and they have asked that I meet with the HR officer in person to discuss the reports, now I find this slightly odd and I'm not sure what to say to them.
