Hello, r/antiwork
I thought come here and ask to see if anyone can give me an opinion for what I should do here.
I've been working for this one company as a Representative (Customer Service), it paid decently for the area I live in I got the job in 2022, I keep getting good scores in the form of KPI's every month.
Recently the company has been forcing everyone to do a “Quiz” (Think High School), these quizzes basically run through specific parts of the job to see if you know what you're doing and it'll print out a grade.
The problem with these quizzes is that they typically tend to be 5 questions long and 1 question wrong will get you a 60 percent rating and corporate wants a 100 percent rating or they'll take disciplinary action (Warning, 1st write up, 2nd write up, 3rd write up, termination, etc).
Some have already gotten a warning on the first test, new month new test I guess.
Everyone in that department has failed it.
Has anyone experienced a situation like this?
