Hey first time posting here. (English not my first language)
So there's a person at the place I work that refuses to wear company clothing. She's a manager but all the other managers wear the work clothing, she complains about other employees not wearing their uniforms and sends them home to get the clothes if they forget. Basically she's the only one that doesn't wear company clothes and she's basically a Karen about it. But when I had an argument with her about work related stuff (I do my work pretty good). She came with personal attacks to me so I told her to go come and get her clothes. She stated argument why she shouldn't need to wear clothes, but I told ur since ur in a managerial position you especially should wear them to make a good example.
This person is a pain in the butt to work with. Any advice and am I the person who is wrong?
