So, I've been sick/had other appointments out of work in the last couple of weeks, and noticed how much easier and better my work gets when I work half a day.
As an IT worker, having less time means I can simply ignore and skip bullshit meetings, unrelated random projects, and only fo things that benefit others. The crispness of the work day and responsibilities also helps me mentally feel that I'm spending my work doing very valuable tasks, skip useless meetings or topics without any guilt.
Honestly does anyone here think 8 hours is strictly needed as a white collar? So much bullshit work can be eliminated by working less on no cost to business
