Workers should get more compliments from management

While I think that money should and probably is the main thing people look for before taking the job, I would argue that when you take a job and do it well there should be praise. A lot of times I notice that people seem to quit is either because of lack of pay and stress. Stress can be resulted from doing more than you should and even just having your good work be ignored. They seem to have no problem bringing up all your mistakes and issues that they have with you. That can lead to a lot of unhappy employees and be the final “nail on the coffin” to want to quit.
