Working at Dunkin Donuts is a Nightmare

I have been working in a franchise at Dunkin Donuts for about a year. It’s a total nightmare: 1)I really don’t hate my boss, but I think he just gets mad because he thinks we don’t match his speed. Everybody is a human being. He knows I am no trainee but complains or makes fun that I’m not a robot who makes drinks in a nanosecond. Look, I do be quicker than before but I’m no machine. One day, I screwed up and had a bad day that the manager accused me of being bad instead of having a bad day. I have been working in a franchise at Dunkin Donuts for about a year. It’s a total nightmare:

1)I really don’t hate my boss, but I think he just gets mad because he thinks we don’t match his speed. I literally was crying inside at home.

2)Somehow doing the exact same procedure in closing at the home location but different location means I will never work at that location ever again. But I get to keep my job.

3)I do be the son of immigrants, but I can’t stand people with bad language skills. Most of the customers who fall into this realm have zero English. This means they can’t say things properly or it is difficult to understand.

In a few months, I will work in IT but I don’t know if it’s gonna be better.
