Hello all. I got a job search notification for a job in my career field. The pay is nice, the office is close, and a little bit of travel that I'd like.
My problem is the company has a huge influence on politics that opposes my political views. Lobbying for laws that have only benefited the company to the detriment of society (in my opinion).
How do I work for the “enemy”? I want to make a difference in this world, but I don't want the company that made it worse to reap any benefits of my labor. I don't want them to profit again on doing the right thing this time.
To be more clear: I want to work in the envromental field, this company has actively made the envroment worse. How do I do the right thing with the wrong company?
