Especially if it’s successful. I just got out of a job where my bosses were making about 3 mil in sales a year with a staff of about 20 total people. We were all making under $20 an hour except 2 managers. Seeing my bosses become wealthy and successful directly on the backs of an underpaid and overworked team is horrible. I’ll never work for a place like that again.
