Currently just in the research phase after a toxic experience at my first post grad role. The most important things to measure about a company are their retention rates, promotion rates, raise rates etc. broken down by not only the company but the dept, but I don’t know where to get that data other than from people self-reporting, and even then there is no guarantee the numbers will be accurate. What do you guys think of this? What else would you like to see on a platform like this? Obv there are restrictions due to false claims or legal issues or whatever, but I feel Glassdoor does not have enough detail abt the other things listed above
