Workplace Feud Safety Concerns

Hi, first off I am aware that I am in a toxic work environment. I do not plan on quitting my job, this is really good entry level work unfortunately. I am browsing for other, safer jobs, but do not know when I will get a new job. I work at a retail location where we share an address with a direct-ish competitor. Same products, different niche. Anyways, the people I am primarily talking about are my boss, A, and our neighbor, B. B is an alcoholic.

When he is on a bender, he turns off our utilities, tips over and damages products, and yells at my boss.

Today is one probably day four of his bender? Anyways he shut off the utilities so I could not continue my necessary duties, but I can do other things and also turn it back on assuming he's not watching. I went to turn it back on and he yelled at me. I even tried mentioning OSHA compliance because I can't wash my hands if there's no water. He said he didn't care and continued to yell. I'm not a small person but he is larger than me and I felt physically intimidated. I work alone and was honestly a little terrified about leaving the little shed to do my other tasks.

This brings me to my question: how do I deal with physical intimidation from someone I don't work with? My boss obviously knows it's an issue and calling the cops will probably only make it more dangerous for me. I feel trapped.
