I got a new job at a hotel
I was very keen for it and HR seemed really nice and supportive when I did the interview, only to find their management was trash
Anyway I've only worked for 3 days about two weeks ago and haven't been paid since
I went to my rostered shift yesterday and they were confused to why I showed up.. apparently the rosters were updated and they didn't bother to let me know.
In the 3 days I was there two managers have quit so that caused “complications” which is why I haven't been paid apparently
I was supposed to get the roster yesterday but I haven't got anything. I'm assuming they just fired me.
I'm seriously wondering if they just hire new people and train them for a few days then don't call them back. Because they did gather like 50 people at the interviews in a function room.
This is so depressing I just wanted a job
