Hey Guys,
I finally got a remote jobs after weeks of searching and therefore resigned today at my old job. My bosses were. very rude to me even tho we had a good connection always and treated me like „how dare I am to leave“. The issue is that I resigned exactly today where another employee would have started but they canceled and another had his last day cause they didn’t want him to hire full time. NOW they guilt trip me for this issues as if it’s my fault. My notice period is sadly 3 months here in Germany so I hope they not gonna make my life a nightmare now.
As it’s the first time I ever resigned I feel very anxious now
