So I had some worrying results lately from doctors and needed to rush in for urgent treatment. This treatment will make me unwell for the next two weeks whilst they try to stabilise me. I'm currently on sick leave for the next two weeks
I'm terrified I'm going to come back once I'm better (if I'm better) to find I'm going to be let go
I had a warning letter in January when I had a day off for a biopsy. Had no sickness since then until now
Unfortunately I couldn't delay treatment as my liver was already struggling and I already had nerve damage.
My husband has reassured me we can manage financially in the worst case scenario but I want to know if they can legally sack me for having too much time off
