Overtime hours needed with no extra pay (a few weekends)
Would have to drive around for work errands
The job pay is the same as my last one that I got laid off from and that was purely remote + benefits + RRSP contribution match.
I promised myself I would get something that paid about the same working remotely but if I have to go in daily, then it has to be at least $15K more.
I haven’t gotten any other offers besides this one. What would you do?
