Would you feel bad knowing you’re at J1 for a short time only to go to J2? Especially if it’s a small team? I just feel bad and fake for being nice and acting like I’m there to stay when I know I’m not. And it’s like you have to put yourself first but if your team is talking about upcoming projects and things in the future thinking you’re going to stay I feel bad. What do you say when you resign also?
