Wrongful dismissal?

Some back story….. Was already leaving the company I put in my notice of resignation/leave on the 27th july and my last day was meant to be the 1st of September. A gracious 4 weeks as requested by my boss which I complied with to be nice even tho I wanted out asap and was only required to give 2 (and attempted to give 2 first before being gaslit into giving 4) (was told I had to give 4 and they wouldn't allow me to see a copy of my employment contract to confirm) Have since found out only 2 was required. Since I put in my leave I have been asked on repeat to do all the jobs around the factory that no one else wants to do Anyway today I was asked to re-organize the giant stock coolroom on my own with no help, no extra coolroom gear…

Anyway today I was asked to re-organize the giant stock coolroom on my own with no help, no extra coolroom gear or clothing, and this the 2nd time I've had to do it in the last week when each coolroom is usually done once every few months and im still also sick from spending a whole 8 hours in there last time. so I asked my boss if I could
A) have some help
B) swap positions with another worker

I got option C
“Why can't you do what your told and the job your assigned” etc etc etc
And I replied saying that I think its unfair that because I'm leaving I've gotta do all the jobs no one wants to do and gotta freeze my ass off all day.
“You can take your stuff and go”

Hes also now refusing to pay me until my leave notice date and has already said hes willing to get witness statements etc from other employees/coworkers saying I walked out and refused to work which couldn't be further from truth. I was dismissed and there weren't any witnesses
(Apart from his brother (other manager) and CCTV )

Any advice appreciated I feel like I'm boutta be hard screwed over
