minimum effort for minimum pay. I have to remind myself how much gaslighting i get from coworkers, bosses and clients; look I will do my job AND consider how much i am being paid which will correlate with my effort. I went 100% in the beginning because I needed job experience to put on my resume. well that's done, and my pay hasn't increased in a year so I am fine with getting lectured, i won't change unless i get paid, and if they fire me i have jobs i can now apply to.
