I've started working at a nursing home. 78 people here, and around 75~ that suffers from dementia, Alzheimer or just heavy memory loss.
Some don't even move at all, barely open their mouths to eat, and sometimes burst out crying, it can be really hard to witness at times
But the worst is… They're not all 90+ years old.
No, they're sometimes 73, 75 or barely even more, and don't know where they are
Sure I think it's not an accurate statistical representation of the population, but still it happens to people
Some of us may suffer the same fate. Maybe you'll work till you're 64 or 67 and have less 10 years before losing all sense of reality.
