“You need to provide a note on official letterhead signed by your therapist, or you will not be able to continue therapy at this time”

They asked me to provide a note from my therapist to say that I am attending therapy during a specific time, for which I am clocking out. My therapist wrote a note, but apparently it wasn't good enough. I don't even care if this is legal or not, it's just fucked up.
