People say this shit all the time and then brag about how they work 60, 80, or even more hours a week.
Like it’s not a flex. Do they enjoy being away from home? Not having time for hobbies, personal affairs, family, anything?
Why do so many people wear being overworked as a badge of honor? Literally their entire life is work and you’re seen as a child if you only work 40 hours?
It was just always strange to me to see people other with nothing brag about their insane hours. There’s no logic there.
