Just as the title says. You aren't paid hourly once your out of training, you make your money through “production” when you complete a service. You are paid a percentage of the cost of the service. On Tuesdays they make you sit in the office for an hour in the morning for a meeting and then 2 hours at the end of the day to call clients to collect money/make sales and you stay 2 hours at the office on Thursdays for the same reason. You aren't getting paid hourly, and you aren't completing services, so you make no money. Just a rant, I've been there a few years and it's getting to me.
