I need to train my replacement. They have a MSc in accounting. I am a highschool graduate. I am at 13 euros per hour after many, many years with the same company. They were offered 15 euros per hour straight away. They have no idea how to calculate VAT. No effing clue. I need to find another job to pay the bills, while they will just sit and have no clue about basic stuff and get 15% more than me, with the promise to make 17 next year and 20 in two.
