My manager is fucking crazy. Doesn't contribute to projects, but just 'manages'; like – I'm going on a break and when I get back I want this done. This request comes while Im asleep and there's no way I can tell her that what she's asking is not a 1.5 day job, but a week long worth of efforts.
She's taken away all the motivation to work. I'm not working, I'm doing what she tells me to do. Im slaving. And most of it doesn't even make sense.
