So at my previous job you got a badge if you didn't have a day off for six months straight also if you were a good worker but mainly 6 months of no time off. I was the only supervisor not to have one as I was the youngest with one with 2 kids so it was never going to happen. Every now and then at team meetings after giving out badges she would say sorry but you just didn't make the cut again. Didn't matter I was running 3 sites when I only was ment to run 3 and that other supervisors would regularly call me or advice or that I would regularly work 12 to 14 hour days when I was only contracted for 8hrs and get no extra cash or days in loo. Um if I am traveling because my company requested that I leave the comfort of my home get on a plane and be somewhere else. Then I am going to feel a 100% NOT guilty that I would like to get a nice hotel to the $270/night they are offering. Which means I usually get $250/night. Today one of the suggested hotels from my manager was over this limit so I began searching for other options. My other coworker starts saying “IM TAKING CARE OF IT” and that he’s aware we have “higher maintenance people” in our team and that “it won’t be a bad hotel”. I will say I can’t prove this currently, but i worked a job for about a week. It was not what was advertised, managed to lose my application and interview somehow (I never saw the person who interviewed me again), and expected me to do way too much way too soon when I had little to no qualifications – basically, I signed up to be a substitute teacher for middle schoolers, I ended up left alone with 8 two year olds who didn’t know me when I was trained the previous four days for older kids for an entire afternoon while trying to also clean the room and teach them flash cards.
