That's it. I get it, you allocate time and money (i.e. company resources) as a manager. But don't call your employees “resources”, and especially don't say “any resource taking leave in March will have to liaise with their manager”. Fucking HR and the sass they are giving us. As if using the word “employee” was too much for them, and they strip us of any dignity they can.

Thank You Antiwork!
Earlier today I was out shopping at a Kroger store that was union. I needed help finding some frozen fruit and they had reorganized the store. I approached a young lady and first asked if she was on the clock. She said yes and then asked me why I wanted to know. I asked for her assistance in finding the frozen fruit and thanked her. I saw her next at the cash register and explained that break time and time off the clock is your time and I should not take it from you.
I gotta speak my mind. Most of you have been shitting on truckers and and anyone who stood put their rights before their employers. And what do you know your employer has more rights and you have less. Here we go “back to normal” you wanted the people to not choose for them self's and you got it. There's your fucking cubical.
Dictatorship
My husband and I had a conversation today that I want to share a bit. We were talking about Putin and the invasion of Ukraine. And he started comparing his CEO to Putin. I was taken back a bit and thought it was over the top a bit at first. But then he made some points that made sense. His company is in the process of being sold. Right up until the sale was announced, the CEO was insisting there were no plans to sell (the west is crazy, we aren’t going to invade Ukraine!) The company has a chat and they were encouraged to post questions by the CEO and promised he would follow up. Recently, there is evidence that the real questions are being deleted and all that is appearing on the feed is praise for how great the company is. But the main point that got me…
Infor Talent…huh???
Has anyone else had to fill out these psych exams from a company called Infor Talent? I'm applying for basic level retail jobs and I'm spending nearly an hour every time with this shit. I have ten years' experience in retail, and I can't get a job. I've never had to do anything like this before. and these asshats have the gall to say they can't find people… EDIT: Bad grammar
Qtrly meeting mandatory??
Everyone is going into the office for quarterly kickoffs. I hate working in the office and i have super high anxiety. How do i get out of going? And how do i not look bad on the process?
We already have skilled craftsmen. However, we need a helper asap. We have work scheduled all year. It's completely fine if you are young or just out of school. Need someone immediately as a full-time general laborer. If you can only work part-time, but are an awesome person, then we can discuss and probably work something out. You do not need to be an expert at anything. Just help load/unload, clean-up, setup, pick things up, put things down, organize, cleaning, inventory, washing our trucks and machines, digging holes, be an assistant or apprentice. If you do well then you might get lucky and learn as you go and become skilled at something. A side benefit to you is free/paid training at a professional trade. We are an excavation and outdoor building company. Sheds, decks, walkways, patios, walls, landscaping, remodeling, renovation, foundations, waterfalls, drainage, etcetera We work in Berks County around…
So what do we do?
I don't post much but will read most of content in this sub especially the ones that are usually at the top. And almost all of them are complaints or pointing out the reasons why there is an antiwork in the first place. However none of these posts actually address the issues or lay out some kind of goals or actions to take. I think we're all on board with what direction this is heading and that the people want change but there isn't a solid goal in mind as to what we do collectively next. We have amassed a group of millions and all we need now is a plan. So what do we do now? What's next and who is going to be the one to pave the way?
