My company switched apps that I use to double verify my identity in order to access email. My personal phone (iPhone 5) can't update to an IOS needed to download the new app. Am I in right, to ask for them to pay for a new phone?

Worked at a bank for almost 3 years. The first few months of this we're onsite everyday. When the pandemic hit, we were all allowed to work from home (with exceptions for certain roles). Naturally, productivity went up, people were happier and the bank made a note to comment on this during multiple town halls. Fast-forward to a December of 2021, the bank announced that it would look for employees to be in the office once or two times a month (prefer 100% remote, considering I have a 1.5 to 2 hour drive each way) which I was willing to deal with. We live to just work ourselves to death
I was supposed to enter a fishing tournament this weekend out of state. Last week the employee who should be on call this week quit because of our bullshit. At 3pm yesterday I was supposed to get off and head that way id already paid for the tournament and hotel. At 245 I finished my last call and they sent my coworker home but the office told me im on call because the coworker who's rotation it was quit and my manager wanted to have a weekend to himself. I was then forced to work till 730 pm. Every call I went on they thanked me for coming out and even said the office said they couldn't get there till Monday but my company owner wanted the money that day.
