Subway… need advice
So last year I quit my job at a gas station called Casey's where I had been working at for a few years because after 4 years I was still making 8.85 but they were hiring people at 13 an hour. In September of last year I got a part time job at the local Subway. I am in a point in my life where I just want to work part time to get out of the house and socialize. I have a disability and so it really limits job prospects. It's not great pay but it's better than dollar tree, dollar general, dairy queen and pizza hut here. And it's not really about the money for me, moreso about feeling like I have some usefulness and am contributing to this society. Anyway, I got hired at Subway back in September and I signed on for 2 to 3 shifts…
Not really sure if this fits here, but I'm currently working as a cook for a stadium. It's my 2nd season, and when I went in to re-apply, I was offered a “Head cook” position. Pay for this stuff in my area was looking at upwards of 16 an hour, with the minimum being 11.(Not sure if it was EXACTLY 11, so I'm generalizing.) I worked 6 hours a day, and 6 days for a week. So for maximum it would've been around 500 and the minimum would have been in the upper 300 I think? But when I looked at my bank account, I saw a deposit of only $167 from them. That's practically only 4.50 an hour! The company had some complaints last year from people not getting their checks, but as far as I'm aware now, everybody seemed to have received their pay, so I'm not sure…
I’m in the US, where I assume I have absolutely no rights..
How to negotiate compensation?
CS Major with a focus on data science at UF. I have some work experience in the field, but it’s not much. Trying to figure out how to prepare for the upcoming talks.

Employer lied about schedule
My employer lied and said it was a M-F schedule but it turned out to be 7 days a week. I need weekends to recover mentally but it’s more stressful to job hunt, interview, and learn another company’s idiotic nuances than stay. I’m feeling stuck right now :/
DOBBS ACKERMANN
To HELL with you, Ackermann. If you are in the Ohio area, do NOT work for Ackermann. Wrong sub? Lemme know where to post this. If you want to work for sub-par wages and slave away thanklessly, work for Ackermann in OH
