Hello to all :)! I'm against work for loads of reasons, starting with the Ponzi scheme , continuing with the government”being your friend ” in order to steal your money (yet locals get prisoned for theft) and ending with the amount of bullying, depression and anxiety problems caused at a work place. Most people start taking antidepressants are known to be working – I heard this on the radio it's no joke , very sad and I wish someway somehow this cycle will end someday. it's very sad thinking that our kids will live as terribly Sharing this took a lot of courage cause not everyone will agree. I do approve this message and I am so honest about it that I also am trying to build my YouTube Channel .. so if some of you can chip in to subscribe will be doing me a huge favour ️.. I'm…

supervisor making me work on my break
Hey just want to complain and get opinions I guess… Or have Internet friends to complain with. The title explains it. Whenever I'm on my break and it's obvious I'm on it with my computer off and food in front of me being shoved in my food hole, my supervisor asks me to do my work or gives me things she needs to do. I've rebelled and just kept eating and playing on my phone as you do but it got to the point where my supervisor wanted to have a meeting with the boss and me about it. I'm all for it. BRING IT BIATCH!!!
I used to work at a popular franchised fast food place on a motorway services (not sure if saying the location/business is allowed) A girl who works there and worked there when I worked there told me that a shift manager was sexually harassing and assaulting a number of women, some of whom were possibly/probably underage at the time This include butt slapping, grabbing, kissing on the neck, asking for sexual favours and sending of nude photographs It had been reported a few times. The company did an “investigation” with all the girls who said what was happening. They didn't do anything because if they lost that manager, they'd lose him, as well as his two brothers and one of their fiancés, who were all long-serving employees and knowledgable. The girl who told me said she didn't want to say anything again because she didn't think she'd be listened to!…
I work in a restaurant and I have to go pick up liquor every week and it fills up my entire sedan. )We can't get it delivered, there's a law in my state. Long story…) The point is, how should I go about requesting to be compensated for mileage without seeming like I'm being unreasonable? I'm using my personal vehicle for transport and I should be paid separately for that. Gas is not cheap.. I brought it up to my manager and he said we can probably fill out a mileage form but he never provided it to me. Instead he switched me to ordering other supplies that don't require pick up. Which is fine, but I still need my money from all the times I delivered liquor.
Even Dolly Parton knew it

I’m a full time college student who works “part-time” at an airport for a business as a sales associate. When I stumble upon the job it was stated that it was flexible in its handling of schedules ideal for someone like me. After working here for 4 months I was deny work for only weekends and now I’m struggling bad in school. As of right now my group’s store has very limited workers to fill shifts due to 3 people leaving/moving to other sectors of the airport. Resulting in a tight schedule, I don’t know what to do, if I work only 2 days then the team will have a hard time but if I stay I’ll have a hard time in school. On top of that I was told I can’t study at work despite the fact that customers are not coming in at a consistent rate. What do…
Made More Unemployed Than as a Sergeant
Left military about 15 years ago. My take-home as a married sergeant living off base was $3,000. Upon getting out I had the following income: $1,500 in unemployment $1,100 in lifetime disability $1,500 in GI Bill payments to go to school One day, I get a call from the unemployment office to go over shittily-made my applications, and I'm like, “I'm good.” I wasn't going to trade $375 a week for nothing to make $375 a week doing a job that took me out of the house for up to 12 hours a day? Far as I'm concerned, the 6 months unemployment was a benefit of my time – no different than the GI Bill that I paid for (no joke, the old GI Bill required us to have $100 taken from our pay for a year; I opted for a “kicker” that took more).
I don't know how much longer I can do this. I can't afford to quit. I have rent to pay.
Opinions/advice?
To make a long story short, I make x amount an hour at my job. A few of my friends work here as well. When one of the friends got hired our supervisor brought the other 2 of us together and told us not to discuss wages with anybody. Turns out, the friend that just got hired, got hired at 3 dollars more an hour than I make now with the same experience I had when I started (which was none) and the other friend that he had the talk with just got promoted to my position, also making 3 dollars more an hour than I do. How do I even go about bringing this up if he specifically said to not talk about wages? (Which I understand why he said that now)
