I work as a resident assistant at my collage. So I work, live, study, eat, in my work place. When I am the building I am expected to be on 24/7. Since before January I worked under a horrible boss for the sake of this we will call her L. So L is a ablest piece of shit who told me the person I was assigned to live with cleanliness issues (bodily fluids) are my fault and reporting it to people outside of them was abuse of my job. My physical and mental health was destroyed and I became an alcoholic. This was reflected all the way up the head of my department. She yelled at autistic adults multiple times in public. Hi everyone, I have a question. I've been job hunting for about 4 months now and have noticed that majority of employers want full time work. There was an advertisement asking for part time and when i did the phone interview she actually asked me to work full time.. why are employers just lookong for full time workers?

After running a warehouse for an extremely extended amount of time, I was made the manager finally. With that promotion I can now start to hire people to train into my old position. It’s hard work, and can sometimes be long hours. Is 18 an hour a good place to start my new employees, or should I push management to offer incentives and a higher starting wage?

When I finally got through, I was told by their automated system that they are too busy for more calls today and to try again at another time.

Just a quick summary the guy is the typical bootlicking Republican MAGA supporter. Thinks his way is always right and has been known to bully people in the past.He use to pick on me till I stood up to him and even informed my Union of his act who said something to my boss.
