Spotted this on facebook. It’s a bar/restaurant and the owner has been in local politics since I’ve been alive. Definitely not short of money anyway. The absolute contempt in this poster.

Probably because they’ve turned what we loved into a fu*king nightmare, and the capitalization of doing that thing we loved finds that, eventually we just wind up hating what we used to love. Idk? Finally found a much better job

So, last time I was on here I was a security guard (14/hr no benefits and dangerous to the point of breaking bones) with a shitty boss that would demand my time even when I was sick and yell at me for what amounts to a disability. I have been working there for about 5 months now and am now one of the eldest employees there. I started working during the spring semester of college to pay for gas and food while taking up to 20 credits in college. Through the semesters, the schedule and availability changes as the classes do. This is self explanatory and the coffee shop knew about my schedule from the start. When the summer semester started, I updated my availability to be courteous of my employers and ensure I had enough time to complete all of my…
