These companies are so greedy that they are causing inflation because they think they can pay for our raises by raising prices. We need to demand something like a top down budget adjustment where the budget stays the same while we get more and they get less. The government should be the ones forcing this but of course, the Fed has chosen to actively undermine our efforts to receive more money. Any other ideas?

I know it’s weird (this question) but I created them so many documents and they are taking credit for them. Like y’all are not even a big company to be doing that.
I’m in need of some advice or tips
I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm in need of some advice. I'm not exactly sure I trust unions, but I see no better way at the moment to leverage the power of work. I work for a public university as an administrator. Our admin group has been exploring our existing union, but there are issues. It is the policy of the university that while employees may join a union, they may not strike or bargain on wages or other compensation. Furthermore, striking is punishable by termination. We aren't state employees (it's illegal for state workers to strike in my state), as I'm not sure there is a legal basis for that part or bot. You may not know this. But the general administrator, the grad instructor, and educators/curriculum planners make the least amount of money in the majority of public universities. Granted, some of those…
I submitted my resignation letter to my manager and HR towards the beginning of this month and they replied back with acknowledgement. I've been out of my role for over two weeks now, yet they're still showing me as active in the system. Surprisingly, I received an extra check this week which is for the period that falls after I effectively left. My last check should've been two weeks ago… What would you do in this situation? My company has been mired in absolute chaos over the last 5 months, with several re-orgs having taken place and management from different branches of the company now managing employees from different locations, etc. Total shitshow. They're going to realize this error at some point, right?
feeling guilty….
I got a promotion in the beginning of this year and I will be moving to another country in a few weeks the field in which I work is quite specific so they won't find a replacement in a while… The law here dictates that I need to tell them one month before my last day. And the. Termination will be the 1st of the next month. So if I tell them now my last day will be the 1st of juli and if I quit next week it will be the 1st of august. I have found out last week that company policy is that all journey's to and from work are on them and I wasn't notified about this… So just before I will quit, just after a promotion I will send them all my train tickets since I have started working here resulting in a 6k bill…
Imagine never ever having to work

Thought a lot of you could relate
What would they do without us?
The people that think food service and retail don’t deserve to make a living wage… Where would they be without people to serve them food, organize their stores for shopping, checking them out, helping them find and purchase things. Delivering their stuff, making them meals, providing them with polite answers to their questions. They do not realize they are entirely dependent on the very people they say aren’t deserving a living wage. They don’t understand that they benefit from the service class and are perfectly fine dehumanizing the people that literally SERVE THEM !!! Society as a whole is served by these worked and they should be making the amazing salaries, be cared for by benefits, be able to rest and have lives for the things they do for us. Making us food and stocking our shelves is /caring for us/. If everybody that works at a grocery store or…
