How would you feel if I was a ceo of a buisness and told you I would pay you a living wage of 30 dollars a hour would you work for me cause I’m thinking of making my own business one day would you want to work at my business or is the wage too much for the government and would they shut it down

Ok let me clarify on this what do you believe is a good paying wage I feel like that’s a better question

Selling myself short

Recently been promoted to a shipper/receiver position from driver because shipper of many years quit. My boss told me “I’ll take care of you after 3 months” Am I stupid for not requiring a pay increase then?
