I’m trying to get into recruiting but only have customer service experience. I have an HR certification. I’ve been applying for positions for over a year and I haven’t gotten so much as an email back. I’m desperate at this point and just going to resort to making shit up, but I don’t know what to put. Any help is appreciated!

Your debt today will be worth less tomorrow. Go into debt while you're young, cause by the time your 70 you'll be making 200$ an hour for inflation but your debt amount will remain the same. Also let's be real… You'll work until you die in this, America, country. Remember you could die tomorrow, and if you did would you be unhappy you didn't eat that pizza the night before? Tldr; got laid off for doing my job too well. The situation at my work place has been spiraling for awhile. I got originally hired to work a swing shift position, start with training on days for 'a few weeks' then I'd move to swing. Okay. Not what I signed up for but I can manage for a few weeks. Turns out that the swing shift didn't even exist yet and I had to wait till myself and 4 others were trained up completely to move to swing. WELL. No one was staying. They kept pulling people in promising 3pm-11pm then dumping “oh but you'll be working 7am-3pm until you're all trained up.” So we keep losing people. The churn and burn was REAL. Eventually 3 of us stuck around long enough to get certified and they decide that it's enough to build a swing team. (3 months of day…

Just wondering if anyone here is so anti-working for someone else they started there own business? If that's not the reason your a business owner then what is? I would assume being anti-work would mean not working to make your own business but there are always exceptions.
