As the title says, would it be a possibility to create a functional company that is run by only workers. There would be different jobs but you would vote what to do with the companies profit, raises, advertising or upgrading the estate. Would this be possible with enough money to start.

Not a great offer
I interviewed for a design job at a large agency and went through six hours of multiple interviews, both one-on-one and in groups. After a quick tour of the building I was told how great I was and left with a promise of an offer the next day. Sure enough, they called the next day with an offer… to bring me on as an engineer. I explained that I had no engineering training and had interviewed for the open design position. They assured me that the engineering position was in fact much better! But since I had no training, they proposed to take me on for six months as a full time unpaid intern to learn the ropes. If after that time I was “showing promise”, then they'd take me on at half-wages for another six months. And if after a full year, they still liked me, then I'd have…
I work for an extremely egotistical control freak…it’s a car dealership and his son works here as well and gets fed all of the good deals…he is probably selling an average of 30 cars per month while everyone else on the floor struggles to sell 10…I still make good money at this place (around 100k)…I’ve been offered a job at another dealership who is willing to offer a lot to get me to jump ship and I cannot deny the offer is extremely strong…why oh why do I still feel like l am the asshole if I abandon ship and go work for the new dealership
I am so sick of the good ol boys attitude where I live. You can’t get on with the good companies unless you played football with the boss’s son in high school! I’m also sick of employment being tied to our social score. A bad credit score is also indicative of not making enough money to survive without being in debt!
I don’t use Facebook too much anymore but when I do I seem to always find an article from some website that’s just a post from this sub. They even will show what some of the comments said.

So on July 5 I started a new job doing Support for a company. Part of a 20+ new hire training class where we were assigned to various areas of the Support department. On July 9 I get a call from my dad letting me know my Mom is in the Hospital and has been diagnosed with Cancer. On July 10 I get a follow up call from dad letting me know she is being moved to Hospice. (She would peacefully pass away 6 days later.) I live in California and my family is in Ohio. I book a redeye to get out to Ohio early Monday morning. I sent an email to my Manager and Supervisor letting them know I will be going on a leave of absence to spend time with my mom in her last days and help with arrangements. They express their sympathies and loop in…

Gamification of stupid policies
The company I work for has a union but its useless because most of the reps are friends with management. So my supervisor can get away with consistently testing union policy. She would try to bar me from going on break before I fished something that would take most of my shift. She would change the schedule last minute without talk to me and then try to get me in trouble for not coming in on a day I was previously scheduled off. About two months after I started a special needs employee who is almost completely nonverbal switched to our department from another. I began to see a pattern of her telling him he couldn't go on break or leave until he finishes something. He would of course listen because, unlike the rest of us, he doesn't realize he can brush her of without getting in trouble because she's…
