How To Make $$$
Random Act of Kindness Post
I've seen a lot of posts about people wanting to bless others with some of their good fortune, with the understanding that it will be paid forward. Let's drop our Cash App handles for those that are looking for someone to help out in a random act of kindness. & if you receive a monetary blessing, do your part & pay it forward when you are able. We've all struggled at one point or another in our lives. Some of us are still struggling. Helping others makes you feel good and even the smallest form of compassion could be life changing for someone else. God Bless!!!
Should I just not say anything? Edit: It was not an event that was producing anything related to my job. Was supposed to be ‘fun’.
I want to quit so bad. I work the next 9 days in a row, I have been here almost a year, I've moved up twice and I FUCKING hate it. It's a horrible company, horrible job, I hate selling animals to people I know are shit human beings, I hate watching people bring in abused, neglected dogs to be groomed and me not being able to say anything or do anything, I hate having to put 7 full grown Syrian hamsters in a tiny fucking glass prison with barely enough bedding to walk on because that's the way corporate wants it. I'm sick of watching psycho children come in with dead animals that they've hurt and killed and I have to replace it because I couldn't possibly know what actually happened to that guinea pig (bitch, it's ribs are broken, and it's eye is missing, they tortured it). I…
minimum time for overtime in canada?
Hi I work in Canada retail and my employer makes us stay in the building after we clock out so that the managers can close the store properly after that they let us out, the other day we had to close late due to customers still in the store so I clocked out of my shift 20 minutes late, would I be entitled to overtime? I'm getting conflicted answers from my coworkers
Working during lunch break.
*This is more of a hypothetical question. I (20f) recently got my first full time job as an admin at an insurance general agency. It is a small company with only about 10 employees. The work environment is laid back and I overall love it. Today we have one of our representatives from an insurance agency coming in today to meet all of us. This person is the top representative that we do most of our business with, so it is important for us to be dressed up and super professional etc etc.. I am “hourly” technically. I don’t clock in or clock out but I get paid for exactly 40 hours per week. Everyday I get a 30 minute unpaid lunch. Like most businesses, this is 30 minutes I can literally do what I want as long as I’m back on time. Today, the company this representative works for…
IM LOSING MY MIND!
I have a colleague of mine that sits right across my desk (Female Coworker) I really don't know if she's pregnant or just doing some BS; She keeps spitting into a cup every 3 – 4 mins, I can hear the sound and its very off-putting and excruciatingly annoying and disgusting. I don't know how to approach this or just leave my desk. What do i Do?
