I work at a company where I was asked to pick someone to destroy his relationship with his coworkers promote to be a supervisor, this will probably make all their coworkers despise them and stop trusting them but I can't have a say in that. Work performance aside, what should I look for? Should I look for the silent type? The kind one? The work first life second type? How would you want your supervisor to be? I don't want someone to have powers where they abuse it and treat their coworkers worse, I want them to like them

I'm starting to get tired of doing gigs I'm not passionate at all about just to make money. I also have medical issues and always dread going to work. I want to sell weed but don't know how to increase my clientele with a small circle lmao. I'm also very experienced in drawing/art but there's not many regular jobs near me for that. How can I get better work or how do I sell my art?

For example at my previous workplace the boss would ask the management if they had found for him any “juice” which implies any output from the current project.
