The other day I posted this and I was surprised to learn that most Americans work without a work contract. The comments were more or less justifying this by talking about the notice period. When looking at the antiwork stories, it's clear that everyone would benefits from such contracts. How do you feel about this?

How to get money and not work??? Be honest.

Like minimum pay jobs are literally looking for people with like years of experience and be willing to break their backs for the company when im all like: Experience? I need to first get a job in your place to get experience asshole!
