After meetings I feel as though I've been zapped by Colin Robinson. I feel exhausted and brain dead. Anyone else have one of these bosses? My last boss was amazing, I never left meetings with him feeling like this. I really hate that they hired this guy. I was against it. Just got a bad vibe off of him in interviews from the get go. But he got hired anyways. He skipped out on the most important day of the year for all of us to be on site in person because he “forgot his wallet at home”. When we were already down a team member out on disability. Thanks for letting me rant a bit. I want to hear your similar stories and experiences.

I had gotten a text yesterday at around 3:30pm from my boss asking if i were able to come in at open at 4:30am due to one of the other shift leads are out because of covid. I got off work at 1pm yesterday and passed out and didn’t wake up until around 5pm today( bad sleep schedule). i text him back saying that i could but needed to know what time i would leave because i am already scheduled 7am- 3:30pm. he said not to worry and that he would open. i then rephrased the question and he reiterated that he would open and leave around 9 and be back later to close. he schedules most shifts to come in at 1pm-9:30 when they close so i don’t understand what i did wrong? i checked the messages again to see if he said anything and turns out he silenced…

I was training on a piece of equipment, and it was taking twice as long as anyone else for me to learn, but it is because the trainer and I don't get along. There has been multiple people who joined the department after me but got signed off on before I did. The trainer made it so I can only train with him, no one else, but everyone else including new hires are able to train with anyone, meaning they are getting trained when trainer is not there. So I get disqualified from position because trainer told griever and HR I'm not getting it. The reasoning why he doesn't like me is because told him…

I Quit And Now The Store Is Dying
A few weeks ago, I quit my job at a shitty gas station. I had worked there for about a year on Graves, but ended up going back after a few months because I needed food on the table. Well, I was back for like, two weeks and quit. I found out that my boss was taking credit for the work I was doing organizing the store, so she could look better to her bosses. This was kinda my breaking point anyway, but then my other boss, right under her, was telling people that I didn't do any work, even though he was there when I was putting away entire orders by myself. I was called a lazy POS by him and one of my few other coworkers, and I left. I decided that I had had enough. Well, here we are, around a month later, and there are three…
