Hiring manager no-show for interview

I'm sitting on a Teams call to meet with the hiring manager for a second interview. I've been waiting 55 minutes and nobody has shown up. I sent a follow up email to all participants, letting them know I was waiting in the meeting… crickets. I'm trying to be understanding, as this call was scheduled by the recruiter only 24 hours earlier, so perhaps there was a miscommunication in scheduling. I'm sure they will follow up with some apology and attempt to reschedule, but this feels like a major red flag to me. Advice? I'm all about second chances, but I feel it's important to set the expectation that communication is a two-way street. I don't think they'd give me a second chance if I no-showed and didn't send any notice.
