Went above and beyond my job role to fix a piece of kit older than me with an 8-16 week lead time on replacement and 25k+ price tag. me and a co-worker fixed it in two days saving hundreds of thousands in profits that would have been lost to down time. The reward a voucher that can't be used in any shops even close to our location much like the last one of these I got it will expire before I even get a chance at using it. I mean not like I am already paid a good amount below industry average despite constantly getting these damn useless “outstanding work” vouchers.
