Is this legal or not? Any similar experiences?
I recently had an employer where my immediate boss and one other worker shared commission
When I started they said 3 months they I could start getting commission
3 months then 6, the whole time my boss was purposely making up stuff about me. I'm assuming it's because he didn't want to share.
I know it. He didn't he had me doing 90% of the work. Lazy fuck. I had way more experience than he did. Threatened he was.
They let me go as soon as I found a tumor inside my spine. One of the most complicated surgeries, and beginning signs of paralysis.
That would have caused me to do something rash if I lost health insurance and started to die. My spouse was able to jump in right when plans switched. So, nothing rash. Just allot more passive aggressive
Damn though, stolen wages pisses me off. I have ways of tit-for-tat. Psychological warfare. My goal: get my boss fired, his boss fired, and the company owner to GTF back here from out-of-state and run his fucking business.
