So from November i have -58 minutes that i have to work extra inside of the next 3 months. I got this news 2 weeks ago so i dont know when those 3 months started.
Last week i asked my boss to stay longer and he said no because there was nothing to do. Next day same stuff but i didnt ask because there was even less to do.
Today wasnt possible because there was nobody anymore to let me out of the building
Tomorrow ill try to ask again and on thursday too but what do i tell the HR Departement (?) when they come running to complain why i didnt balance my hours? Obviously i'll try to ask next week again but at what point do i say “fu*k it”?
