I feel so stupid, I actually wanted to grow with a company, succeed with and for a company. I took initiative and helped the new people, who all got fired or quit. I was considered “solid” and a “core part of the team” I called out because I was sick (which is normal and they know) and I got fired through a phone call. It wasn't because of performance on my part but performance on the companies part and they felt the need to reduce costs. I'm still in shock and feel foolish. This shit really changes your outlook on companies man.
