I see so much complaining about crap from bosses – but no call to actions in the replies, no resource sharing about forming unions.
There’s a post about someone being forced to return to work and the responses are 99% ‘that sucks right?’
How about advising on formation of a union where the workers will REFUSE to come back?
Why is this sub so quick to be a pity party on everything? Where’s the actionable change?
If the goal of the sub is to stop working in general… Then why aren’t we having more conversations on how to reduce workload overall… Which coincidentally could be a function of unions…
