Hello, was wanting to get some feedback from this community on what I should do. I work from home mostly and need to remote into a computer at the office to utilize programs that are only available on there. Unfortunately my manager has a bad habit of going into the office and just sitting there and watching my screen all day long to see what I am doing. He doesnt have much to do so he literally will sit there all day sometimes just watching my screen. If there is no activity for a bit, he pings me asking me what I'm working on. It really stresses me out working in this sort of environment where he is constantly looking over my shoulder (albeit virtually). Is there anything I can do or say in this situation? I have started looking for other jobs, but we all know how long that process can take. Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read!
