I haaate hybrid working

What is the point of it? Seriously, hybrid working sucks and is the least social work environment I’ve ever experienced, so it’s definitely not about “company culture.” You’ll have a meeting organised with people who are physically in the same building as you but they decide to log on to it from their desk upstairs. No one knows how to make small talk anymore. People sit in silence over their lunch in the canteen, or they eat in their car, or they go out somewhere on their own. I don’t blame anyone for doing any of these things because I actually hate what hybrid working has done to office life, I have to show up and feel isolated twice a week because big business needs to justify rent on their buildings, lol.
