Antiwork

My job just posted my position on Indeed.

For starters, long time lurker, first time poster, and I need some advice. I was scrolling through indeed today like I regularly do, just to see what's out there, when I came across a posting by my workplace, looking to hire someone for my position. I work as a service porter at a large car dealership in a decent sized city, but despite that, the workload for me has never been enough to warrant the need for 2 people in my position, and I've been the only one for the past 5 months (before me they had no one in this position). So this is kind of random. I can think of a few reasons why they would try to replace me, mainly because of my anti-work qualities. 1. I'm firm with my availability.
Dealership is open 7am-6pm mon-fri plus some time on Saturday, but I stick to 8am-4pm mon- Fri. They regularly get upset if I don't agree to work even just 5-10 minutes past.
2. I refuse to make other people's problems my problems. A lot of people here are extremely disorganized, and being the lowest on the totem pole, that somehow makes it my problem to fix?
3. I do the bare minimum and won't go “above and beyond” for anyone.

So I need advice on what I should do. Just ignore it and keep going, and risk getting fired? Quit now to spite them? I'll also say that the only reason I'm worried about being fired is because the career field I've been trying to get into is extremely competitive so I'm worried how that might look. Appreciate any input.
